How do I get an Oursalon2u salon code so I can begin buying online?
You can only receive an Oursalon2u.com salon code from an oursalon2u member salon. If you were directed here from a salon please contact them and ask for an Oursalon2u code.

Do I have to pay for the salon code?
No! The salon codes are free to customers of participating Oursalon2u member salons.

Can I purchase online without having a salon code?
No! The Oursalon2u program prohibits the sales of professional salon products to unauthorized users. Customers may only purchase through oursalon2u if they have a registered using a valid salon code.

How do I get the $10.00 off?
Your order must be $25.00 or more before shipping charges to receive the $10.00 off. If you place an order for the first time but do not exceed the $25.00 minimum, the next time you order the $10.00 off will still apply.

Are the products guaranteed?
Oursalon2u offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your product you may return it to oursalon2u for a full refund. This refund will be applied to your credit card upon receipt of the merchandise. Shipping charges will be refunded if the products were sent to you in error.

Why aren't all the products at my salon on the website?
Oursalon2u.com is an extension of your neighborhood salon and offers a select product line for sale online. Your salon might also offer product lines that are not provided by Oursalon2u.com. These other product lines can only be purchased at the salon level. Oursalon2u is always adding new products and new product lines to its inventory. It is recommended to check the site regularly for product updates.

What is the policy on back-orders or discontinued items?
Occasionally certain products are manufacturer back-ordered or discontinued. We will inform you by e-mail or on the invoice with your package if any products will not be included in your order. If a product you ordered is temporarily unavailable, that product is automatically put on back-order for shipment at a later date. Remaining products on the order will be shipped on schedule. There is no extra charge for additional shipments due to back-ordered products. If a product is no longer available, that product is automatically cancelled. Remaining products on the order will be shipped on schedule. We will credit your charge card for any discontinued items.

How does Oursalon2u handle returns?
You can return products purchased from us within thirty (30) days of the order date. Excluded items include: Hair Brushes, Combs, Hair Accessories, Tweezers, Scissors, and Clippers. To return a product simply repack it, indicate a reason for the return, and include a copy of the packing invoice. If you do not have the packing invoice then simply write the order number on a separate piece of paper.

Your charge card will be credited upon receipt of the returned products. Do not return merchandise to the salon where you received your passport/salon code.

What if I did not get my order?
You should receive your order within 2-5 business days. If you have not received your order within this time period and you have not received an e-mail from Oursalon2u stating that your package will be delayed due to a back-order, please use the Contact Us form to describe the problem with your order. We will research the reason for the delay and provide you with a prompt response.

I did not get what I ordered!
Please use the Contact Us form to describe the problem with your order. We will take action to correct your order.
